| This is a legal agreement between you the purchaser and
Park Square Corporation. By using this software you agree to be bound by the terms
of this agreement.
Park Square Corporation grants the purchaser the right to use the
Pop-up calculator software listed in our current calculator list for six
months subject to the following restrictions.
Your right to use this software ends at midnight six months after you purchase the license.
You may not alter the look or functionality of the calculators in any way. You agree to pay Park
Square Corporation according to the rate table below. You will not
be obligated to pay more per month than the maximum amount you specify. Contracts with past due amounts more
than 30 days are subject to cancellation. You, the purchaser, may
cancel this contract at any time upon payment to Park Square Crafts of any
amount due.
Park Square Corporation grants you the right to display advertising
banners on the top and side of the pop-up calculators subject to
technical ability. Park Square Corporation reserves the right to
terminate this contract if Advertising is displayed which does not meet
our quality standards. Park Square
Corporation agrees to issue updates in
a timely manner to fix errors brought to our attention. Park
Square Corporations liability does not include or extend to claims for any damages, including
but not limited to loss of profits, data or use of the software, or special,
incidental, or consequential damages or other similar claims even if Park
Square Corporation has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.
License Fee: You are charged based on how many times
a page containing your advertisement(s) is displayed. Each display of a pop-up screen is
called a presentation. General Rates are:

Unlimited presentations/month - $0.002 per presentation (2/10
cents) |
| Minimum Fee: |
A minimum monthly fee of $5.00 will be charged to your
account. This minimum monthly fee will be applied against
your presentation costs. |
| Note: The content of each vertical and
horizontal box is up to you. Your charge is not based on how
many ads you put in each box. Your cost remains the same
whether you have 1 or more ads in the space. |
Optional Fees: You may optionally
purchase exclusive rights to use our calculators. Here are the
packages:
| Exclusive Population Area for Business Type |
You can purchase an exclusive license for a particular Business Type for a
Population Area*. When you purchase this option we will not license
our calculators to anyone else with the same Business Type in your Population
Area*. Business Types include but are not limited to: Broadcast
Media, Print Media, Real Estate, Financial Services.
The fee is $20 per month.

| Exclusive Population Area
|
You can purchase an exclusive license for a Population Area*. When you
purchase this option we will not license our calculators to anyone else in
your Population Area*.
The fee is $50 per month.

| *Population Area is normally defined to be a Metropolitan
Statistical Area or Micropolitan Statistical Area as defined by the US Census Bureau. However, in areas where
Metropolitan Statistical Areas are broken down by the Census Bureau into
Divisions, a Population Area is defined as one of these
Divisions.. |
