Source of Funds Explanation
Family Savings You probably won't be able to save everything, but every little bit helps.  Our complete calculator allows you to estimate what you can provide.
Parent Loans Low interest loans are available.  You have up to 10 years to repay them.
Parent Income Many parents divert some current income to school costs.
Merit Scholarships Based on how good the student is.  Class rank frequently has a lot to do with it.  Our complete calculator allows you to make a guess at what your child might get.
Need based grants/scholarships Very hard to get.  Good Luck.  Our complete calculator will give you an estimate of the maximum you might get.
Need based student loans Easier to get, but first year is limited to under $3,000
Other Scholarships Not as common as some books tell you.  And, these are generally subtracted from need based aid.
