Awespme, a lot of tools show interest rate and what not but this one shows you the monthly payment!!

Great tool, with interest rates low you can do a straight refy, but continue to pay the same and see how much quicker you can pay off your house!

You would save the Total Payments difference between original and increased payment amount. We are modifying calculator to explicitly show this.
